We design, print and test every part ourselves, and we stand behind them. All warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship for the original purchaser.

Prime Series Emulators: lifetime warranty on the body

The main body of every Prime Series Emulator is covered for life. If it cracks or fails from a manufacturing defect, we’ll repair or replace it at no charge, for as long as you own it. Its other parts are covered for three years, like everything else we sell.

Everything else: three years

All other products are covered by a three-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. If a product fails from a manufacturing defect in that time, we’ll repair or replace it at no charge.

Wear items

Some parts wear out with use and need replacing from time to time, like tires or brake pads. The warranty covers them against defects when they arrive, but not normal wear:

• O-rings and seals, including the Prime emulator O-rings. Replace them whenever you change the fork seals or fork oil. Replacement O-rings are available.
• AirTech air dampers. They’re a consumable and don’t last forever. They’re covered against defects and early failures for 90 days from the date of purchase, but not normal wear.

What isn’t covered

Damage from crashes, misuse, abuse or neglect; incorrect installation; running with worn or leaking fork seals or the wrong fork oil level; and parts that have been modified.

Making a claim

Email info@impulse-movement.com with your order number and a few photos of the part. We may ask for proof of purchase.

This warranty is in addition to any rights you have under the law.
